Dear, Sir/madam
I booked train ticket bhubaneshwar to yeshwanthpur through paytm. Firstly I booked general ticket but it is in waiting list RL/WL2. I have emergency to go native. That why I booked tatkal ticket and I got confirmed ticket. Detailed tickets attached below. Then I tried to cancel waiting list ticket. But it shown error like please try again later or server busy 3 times I tried. Finally at 1.15pm I cancelled waiting general ticket. Afterward I downloaded tatkal confirmed ticket. Suddenly I shocked at 5.O clock tatkal ticket cancelled SMS is came. But am not cancelled that ticket badly I need that ticket. I called paytm customer care they told “you cancelled ticket at 5.00 PM request came from your side.” But am not sending any request 100% sure about this matter. Please take necessary action against paytm. I hope my complaint will get proper response your side.
