without any information or notice/email Paytm has blocked my account i have money in my paytm bank all the personal info like credit cards/ debit card bank account details etc… are stored i just beared financial loss in February n money was taken from me now paytm has blocked my account u cant contact them via email or phone they wont allow access my money is stuck in paytm bank i dont even know why n what they doing. I need help sorting this out and either way they transfer my money back or they open my account. After the fraud i thought it was safer to keep my money with paytm inspite of me paying so many hidden charges each time i used the paytm but they are smarter then those frauder.
