Dear sir,
On 5 january 2020, I saw my PAYTM is not working and same time I received a message for PAYTM KYC and one mobile no. was there. I called on this mobile no. (9851280541) for PAYTM KYC update. He asked me to click a link of an application named `quick support’ and 1 Rs. Transfer from my citi bank credit card to my PAYTM wallet. I transferred and he hold my mobile for approx. 5 minutes after that mobile disconnected. In these 5 minute he hacked my mobile and transferred the approx. 45000 rs. Amount from my hdfc debit card.
I received many nos. of messages of OTP and fund transfers.
Kindly help me in this matter. I am very upset for these fraud transaction.please take the action on paytm.
