Text of Complaint by Kuldeep Singh:

This side A customer who feel cheated via your company paytm mall.
I had ordered one helmet from paytm mall.
The helmet was delivered on time but after opening the box I have seen the lock of the helmet is not working and the same time I go to paytm app and send the refund request.
1st jan 2020 one executive come and take the faulty helmet from my house and give us a slip.
After that many times I call the customer care no. But no one is helping me on this matter.
You can see in attachment the pickup in not done as per the paytm app.
After so many calls and request the customer care team give me a mail today.
Request to you please do the needful.
