Sir,with due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I paid 2898 rupees for an order to flipkart from paytm wallet balance on 7 th october at 9:55 pm.I repeat it is from wallet,not from upi id regarding which you are responding everytime. No order was placed but paytm balance was deducted and it shows payment successfully paid to flipkart.After 1 minute at 9:56 pm I again paid the amount through paytm upi id.I have no issue regarding the second transaction .Regarding the 1st payment from wallet balance No payment is received by flipkart according to the customer care service of flipkart and the remark in consumerhelpline.com with docket no 3020477.Paytm customer service messaged that they had paid the amount to merchant app and its their responsibility.Following proofs to money deduction with transaction id and order number is attached below.Also the 2nd transaction details which was successful and refund has been received are attached below.I had launched grievance to consumerhelpline with docket number 3020477 and company remark is not relevant to my transaction.I would be highly obliged if you kindly look into this matter.Details of complaints are also attached below
