i am budhee chand and using my wife namely using airtel prepaid mobile number 7455063702 under western Uttar Pradesh circle. On 19 Oct 21 at about 1853 hrs i have recharge for an amount of Rs 199/- for 28 days but airtel has not been reflected the recharged amount in my mobile account and further my spouse told me that recharge has not been done at all but i have again recharge on 20 Oct 21 at about 0636 hrs for an amount of Rs 249/- for 28 days validate. now i request to refund my previous recharged amount of rupees 199/- . recharge was done by me through mobile banking services of Canara bank
