I have a merchant account on paytm business and I use to collect money using there platform . I use to run a newspaper delivery service so every month I will send my customers the payment link via Paytm for business and customer pay the bill using the link and the money will be added to Paytm for business wallet and will be transferred to bank account the next day till last month after that the settlement is not working and my money collected is hold and they are not settling the payment even if I mailed them a number of times regarding the same. Mine is small business I take this money and should be paid to the corresponding newspaper office for the uninterrupted newspaper delivery. So from last month Iam having this issue.and I couldn’t make payment to newspaper office and my newspapers got held due to unpaid balance.
