I made a bus ticket booking through the GSRTC online booking portal. The payment amount was successfully deducted from my bank account; however, the ticket was not booked, and I did not receive any booking confirmation, PNR number, or ticket details. Despite the successful payment, the booking status remains incomplete.

I request GSRTC to investigate this issue and either confirm my booking immediately or refund the deducted amount to my bank account at the earliest. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.
