Text of Complaint by Mohammad Yusuf Khan:

This is to inform you that I’ve ordered Jockey black slim fit track pant(order no.4715370558 from paytm on 28th February 2018. After when i received the order , the size didn’t fit so as per the refund policy by paytm, I generated a refund request. Eventually my order was picked by the blue dart courier company.

It has been mentioned in In paytm app that my refund has been processed on 5th march 2018 and Also they have mentioned money refunded to my bank account of Rs.1026/-

But till date i have not received any such amount in my bank account.

I’ve already floated several messages regarding this issue but there was not a single response from paytm.

Clearly i can see how paytm is playing with customers.

Highly Disappointed.

Poor service.
Doesn’t Recommend to anyone.
Total Scam !!
