Needed to buy medicines from netmeds. Com. I tried paying online using paytm. The amount deducted from my bank account but the order on netmeds declined. After a shortwhile received a mail from paytm that the payment of Rs 1473.34 was successful against the order ID (GIVEN BELOW). but my order was never placed i contacted netmeds, they say they never received any payment. Tried contacting PayTm…huff lousy service never responded. Didnt replied. Filed a ticket but still no response. Even after 3 days.
