Sir/madam My Name is Vissarapu Appadudora I am Using Paytm. Paytm services are not good to me because of my amount 1000/- Didn’t paid to me when i call to customer care call connecting time taking too much time minimum half an hour after connecting the call they are not able to speak in my mother tongue languages while connecting the call to customer care there i asking every if want to speak in English press 1 for Hindi Press 2 for Telugu press 3 etc.
I am selecting the Telugu Language after connecting the call to customer care they are not able to speak in Telugu speaking in English and Hindi only i am missing so much communication between customer care and me. If i mail to customer care like Please arrange a call from customer acre to me there is no response from Paytm customer care
Actually i was Added the amount in Paytm wallet 33650/- But 32650/- amount has been added to ky account rest of the 1000/- not reflecting in Paytm wallet.
