Text of Complaint by Sai kumar Yagireddy:

I booked bus ticket on paytm, where I got confirmation. I was waiting for bus since 2 hours. Tried reaching on 10 different numbers of KPN travels, no one received my call. Tried calling paytm, waiting for 20 min in the queue, 3 rd time call got connected. I spent 59 minutes on call , no one was able to understand my situation where I have to leave to my Destination point and from there I have to catch one more bus to travel to other destination point. I  did not get bus number, bus driver’s number and I don’t know where the bus was. Paytm executive was saying that’s ok Sir, please wait. At last they are asking me to book an alternative mean of transport. I told them how much important to reach my destination on time, they were least bothered about my situation.  At last I was asking the agent to listen to me , for more than 10 times, he was ignoring me completely and later he said “yes sir, I’m listening “ and then he disconnected my call.

on top of this previously I placed an order for Ambrane power bank , which I returned immediately as it was not working, its been more than 3 months they did not provide my refund, I called so many times and I raised enquiries also online, no one responded to my query and till today they did not give refund. Because of today’s situation my  BP got so high and it’s affecting me mentally, which is impacting my health and I started shouted on my friends, because of the worst experience I had in the call for 1 hour. I requested for call recording and they disconnected my call. I want to file a case against paytm.

please understand my concern.
