Hi Team,
This is to bring to your notice the worst and most pathetic service provided by Zomato and their drunk executive I have ordered food from Al bek RT Nagar and the delivery partner of Zomato was drunk and telling me I don’t have your order and disconnected the call by 1:30 was 1 hour of placing the order the only reason I placed an order from Al bek is that it is 5-10 mins from my house and I wanted food asap as I was hungry the only reason we use food delivery online as its hasslefree we don’t have to go out to eat at that time or any time and stand in queue and get the food get back home and eat we pay service charges and delivery charges on a higher level at midnight. This needs to be escalated coz I think this is my2 or 3 bad experience like this needs to be taken seriously I was so irritated that I had to go to the hotel and tried to pick up the order from the restaurant guy was too sweet but couldn’t help us and you support this is just waste as your delivery executive and they are asking to wait for 24-48 hrs at the time you need to resolve issues like this on spot coz its a matter of Food have attached this SS for your reference.
