Dear Sleeping IRCTC,

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of response from the Railway authority regarding my Tatkal Delay Reimbursement (TDR) claim for PNR number [263172147] for my journey on train [22406 / BGP GARIB RATH] on 13-Oct-2023.

I filed the TDR on the same day of travel, well in advance, due to the train being delayed by more than 07 hours. This delay caused me and my brother significant inconvenience and disrupted our journey. Despite my genuine efforts to file the TDR on time, “I have not received any update or reimbursement from the Railway zonal authority / Ministry in past 05 months”.

I understand you removed the subject TDR request from my Login account without my knowledge as the said TDR is still reflecting as pending online.
So I strongly urge you to re-consider my TDR claim and expedite the reimbursement process as soon as possible. The delay in response and lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the efficiency and accountability of the Railway Authority.

I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and look forward to receiving the reimbursement for the delay caused.
