I booked 1 seat in NueGo from Agra to Noida thru NueGo application. When i reached at pickup point to board the bus, Bus conductor stopped me boarding the bus stating that seat is already booked on somebody else name . I showed him the booking details pon NueGo app but still he denied and didn’t let me board and thus i missed my bus.
