Hi,
This complaint is against Vodafone for demanding money for service they promised but not offered.
Since the month of May I have been complaining that there is no signal strength at my residence cos of which my phone is not reachable at any time. After waiting for over 5 months and seeing no progress on my complaint, I decided not to pay the bill.
Due to pending bills , Vodafone has revoked all services on my phone.
Vodafone seems to have a problem when they are not receiving the money but are absolutely okay to demand money for no services as promised.
Does Vodafone run on charity? They are cheating consumers.
Try downloading an image on the so called 4G network. I bet it will take more that a min.
Heights of being shameless and money eaters!
Not one senior person is concerned over the issue since the last 6 months.
