Text of Complaint by PRASAD SG:

A broad band connection was applied for with airtel on 22-9-18. Their representative was very prompt in contacting me the same day and in collecting all the details and advance payment for 12 months. It was assured that the connection and necessary equipment will be given on 23-9-18. But nothing happened. After this i have been following up with all the concerned people and the customer care and I have not received any response from them. My reference number for the connection given is 080327083 (CAS No.)
