Text of Complaint by Shrey Gupta:

I recently Ordered a set of Dell PC from Paytm Order no. 601318763 having a Monitor/Screen, CPU(Main Unit), keyboard and a Mouse in it, at price of 34999/- paying full amount in advance from my debit card.
The PC was having a Cashback offer of 2450/- on it, which was credited to my Paytm account next day I placed an order.
But after 5 days when I got the delivery, it was in a single package and on opening the box I just found a PC Monitor/Screen in it, which costs around 5000/- only and there was Nothing else that was delivered. The Main Unit (CPU), Keyboard, Mouse were missing.
I immediately placed a return request on paytm app and it was rejected after some time without mentioning any reason.
On confirming the same from the actual seller of Desktop PC (Miracle tech distributors Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai) details mentioned on the PC invoice received along, he confirmed that the complete PC is packed in a set of 2 Boxes 1st having the Monitor and 2nd having Main Unit (CPU), Keyboard and Mouse and the dispatch is made directly from the Paytm warehouse itself on their behalf.
Now I have received only 1 box having the Monitor only which can be even checked from the Courier Partner Delhivery as well, having only 1 package mentioned on the dispatch Waybill No. 693350014903.
I even confirmed all these details calling the cutomer care and even emailed on their cutomer care ID sharing the pictures of the received box and even the video that I made while opening the box but till date nothing has been done on it yet.
The only reply I received is that we are working on your request and it be will sorted out soon. Calling the customer care also they say the same thing.
I Just want to know when these companies have a policy of making a delivery within stipulated period which can be tracked as well, why dont they have the same policy in handeling the consumer complaints after sales, there is no time commitment on finding a solution if there is any problem neither you can track the status of your complaint.
Kindly do the needful in this regard.
