Dear Sir,
I have ordered on 15th September 2018 which was shipped on 17th september but thereafter their is no movement. I have clarified with the delhivery courier about it, they informed me that we have received soft copy about the parcel and not received from the merchant. I called Paytm many times but call was busy everytime after holding call for about 10-15 min. My order was supposed to reach me on 1st October but it’s still lying with the merchant.
