Text of Complaint by Gopalakrishnan:

I ordered a pair of Paragon Women’s foot-ware, size 4,  seeing an ad  from Paytm and a parcel was received from the manufacturer.  On opening, I found an entirely different item and size .  I have been trying to contact Paytm on phone or email.  eMail was returned undelivered.  There is no alternate email id.  Not able to reach them on phone despite several trials.  I want to return the wrong product and don’t know how to go about it.  My order ref is 6151862160.

If I am provided with an active (working) email id of Paytm, I can deal with them directly.  Please provide one such email id.  Their 24×7 phone line help is fraudulent.  One will not reach a customer care agent to report complaint.
