I had already provided my Voter’s ID for KYC to PayTM. Recently I saw my PAN details being used for KYC and when I asked them to de-link the same and how they got that in the 1st place? PayTM care replied me that since the details got succesfully verified it cant be delinked and they in turn said my pan details are linked to my mobile number. I got shocked to know they can get my pan details without my consent also. I want to question the safety of the consumer and privacy of me and what if they use it for some wrong reasons without my knowledge.. I lost my trust on Paytm and asked them to delete the account. They kept on asking questions even though i had provided enough documents. Also i dont want to share any more details with paytm since i have lost trust in that firm.

As on 26.03.2019 one of the transaction had been made of worth indian rupee 850.00 through paytm to reacharge the Dish tv. Transaction Id: 7762598978. & transactioned failed & the customer care dept gave amessage that if process failed in 48 hrs then your amount will be back in my paytm passbook account..but it’s already more than 48 hrs but I didn’t get my money back till date .I request to refund my amount Rs. 850.00 to my paytm wallet. my registered no is 7870833880
