I neither received the product, nor did I get any SMS / email / notification / call about the delivery. Suddenly the app shows product delivered.

 

Tried customer support & on facebook but PayTM is repeatedly pasting the same statement that they can’t do anything as they have updated their records that order was delivered on 12th Feb.

 

Where’s the confirmation? Why no communication sent to customer? It’s unacceptable that PayTM updates anything in their records without customer’s intimation and then deny to support.

 

When they have been paid, it’s their responsibility to either deliver the product or refund the money. PayTM can make their own internal policies but they aren’t above the law. I’ll go at any level to expose this fraud by PayTM to prevent others from getting cheated.
