i did a credit card bill payment on 17th nov on amazon of 9000 amount but Amazon failed it 2 days after and didn’t initiated refund against my failed order. I have called them about 20 times till now but they always say same thing that is our team is working on it…They are not willing to pay my 9000 money back to me
i am already frustrated for my issue i am calling them 2 times in a week and now 2 months already gone away still they didn’t refund my money back
please help me ?
Amazon not providing me RRN (refund refrence number) till now and they are claiming that they have already refunded it but amount not credited to my bank..and bank is asking for rrn so they can check it manually
