I am a senior citizen. Someone supposedly contacted me from Airtel and asked an otp stating that my validity will be increased. Now my phone has been ported to postpaid and they are not allowing me to cancel the plan. Airtel cites a 90 day blackout period and says that I cannot port back to prepaid and will have to pay the full amount for 3 months. Airtel is clearly acting as an instrument for scammers.
