i booked oyo rooms for delhi 3 days 10 nov22 to 13th nov 22stay in october after paying initial amount of 256 and on reaching the assigned hotel on 10th nov morning hotel deny me room and i called oyo customer care , they assigned me another hotel. I went to that hotel and on check in i was told to pay the full balance amount which was 2289/- i paid the amount and went to the room . the room was not clean and hygienic too . i request oyo to shift me to another room or hotel , they promise me but fail to do so til evening . I had to search another room and shifted to another hotel . oyo promise me refund of 2 days within 7 -14 working days. and i kept writing mails to oyo after 14 days but they requested me to wait for some more days as refund was in process. but after 73 days they decline my refund saying their property manager of oyo declined the refund . i request you to take action against oyo
