The complaint is about an unauthorized transaction that took place on the Simpl platform using my email address. I did not authorize any transaction, nor did I place an order through the Simpl app. I have not received any product related to this transaction. Despite reaching out multiple times to Simpl’s customer service for details regarding the transaction, the recipient of the goods, and why there is no OTP system for such transactions, I have not received any resolution.
