1. The complaint is about an unauthorized transaction that took place on the Simpl platform using my email address. I did not authorize any transaction, nor did I place an order through the Simpl app. I have not received any product related to this transaction. Despite reaching out multiple times to Simpl’s customer service for details regarding the transaction, the recipient of the goods, and why there is no OTP system for such transactions, I have not received any resolution.
Instead, I have been subjected to threatening and disturbing messages demanding payment for a product I did not order or receive. This ongoing harassment and lack of support from Simpl have caused me significant distress, and I am seeking immediate action to resolve this issue, including a refund, an investigation, and compensation for the emotional distress caused.
2. Details of Harassment:
Despite not receiving the product, I have been receiving continuous threat messages demanding payment. This harassment is affecting my peace of mind, and I find these actions highly disturbing. The messages make no mention of the proper resolution of the issue and continue to create stress and anxiety for me.
3. Request for Relief:
Given the failure of Simpl to address my concerns and the harassment I am facing, I kindly request the following actions:
Investigation: A thorough investigation into the unauthorized transaction and identification of the individual who made the purchase using my email ID.
Complaint Handling: A formal acknowledgment and response to my previous queries, with details of how Simpl plans to handle such issues in the future.
Compensation for Harassment: Compensation for the emotional distress and harassment I have experienced due to the continuous threatening messages.
Implementation of OTP System: A request for Simpl to implement a stronger authentication system, such as OTP verification, to prevent such incidents in the future.
