Here is my 2 night experience in a oyo hotel kalyan residency oyo 19515:
1- 4 hours electricity shortage from 8:30pm to 12:30 am .It was completely dark in the hotel.(14th June)
2- someone tried to jump in my room by unlocking window from outside .(15th June 5:30 am).
3-someone tried to lock my door from outside in midnight(15 th June).
4- A group of 15-20 people wake me up by banging my door very roughly at 11:30 pm(15 th June) & ask me about my booking.
5- people were banging my door very badly from 12 am to 5 am (15 th June) .3-4 time I open the door & they said we are looking for different person.
6 -i complaint about all this thing to hotel staff .They were not helpful at all.
7 – i call oyo customer care twice after my stay,your executive said this is very serious issues we are transferring your call to our senior. After putting me on hold for 30 minutes phone got disconnected. This happens to me twice.
