I have recently order phone due to urgent requirement for my personal and official communication and order Motorola signature phone from Flipkart on 13 April but even after commitment of delivery on next day they are not delivered till date (20 April ). also, I have been given wrong information on delivery date from past 7 days which has cause emotion and personal distress to me and my wife. Till date I have no update when will my phone will be delivered even after multiple escalation to Flipkart team and so solution is being offered by their team. Also falls update is being given by them on my address change which I have never requested them
