I called back in December to ask about a full refund on an item from Amazon. Prior to returning the item, I asked if I could receive a full refund, including the shipping charges. I was told I would, I just needed to return the item and then I will receive a full refund. Today is April 21 and I am still fighting amazon for a refund that they promised. I am now being told I am not eligible for a refund and I was hung up on. I spent an hour, speaking to 4 representatives and asked for the calls to be pulled and no one cares. I would have never returned the item if I knew this would be the case. I trusted Amazon.
