Text of Complaint by Chirag:

I had made a booking on 25 Sept 2022 At Flagship 80322, Pune

The property refused to let us stay so we had to cancel and Oyo initiated a refund which I haven’t received till now.

It’s been 3 months they don’t even have a customer care line for complaints
