I had very bad experience with OYO i booked hotel on OYO site with help of OYO Representative on call they confirm my booking and later they Cancelled my booking now i have to file complaint against them here to get my refund back I did a two bookings from OYO with help of OYO Representative for collection o martin inn hotel on 29th July 2023 to 30th July 2023(OYO Booking id’s SWVL1571 & R8RZ6993) on call they said they have rooms available you can book it so oyo representative shared links for booking on my registered number then i made payment to them everything was going good till here then here comes a twist just before 2 days there auto generated call rang on my phone they said due to some unavoidable condition we will not be able to approve this booking you can cancel your booking and get 100% refund so firstly I reached out to OYO support on there number and explain this situation they said no issue you can go for 100% Refund so i opted for this option later i have not heard back from them so i have to continuously chase there support help desk on (+91-9313931393,0124-4208080 and+91-124-4714690) to get tickets created for this issue they used to say we transferring call to refund team then call will go on hold for 10 min and after that it will automatically get disconnected this happed with me every time I called them and asking for refund finally after sometime i manged to get my tickets created with OYO regarding refund (Ticket created with OYO for refund 5998092707 & 6288497130) now they have closed this refund initiation ticket stating refund has processed but its not true no money is being received on my bank account again i have chased OYO support to get information this False status they are showing on their site when finally i mange to get support representative she said you payment already done from OYO side but when i asked for Transaction id then support girl do not have any answered to my question she said i will check with team put my call on hold for 10 min and then dropped this being happening since last week i am keep on chasing them i though i may be the one of the victim but no when i checked it on consumer complaint most of them are was regarding refund like they doing it with almost everyone i am attaching all supportive documents. Consumer court is my last hope what I can say or else I may have to file police FIR for legal battale against OYO or may be needed to write same thing on twitter or LinkedIn to OYO and its founder Ritesh Agarwal.which I don’t want I thought it was great Indian starter with lot of potential but issue like this will not help OYO to sustain in Indian market I am Expecting response from OYO.

R8RZ6993 booking id total refund pending = 1760.0
total Refund amount to be paid by oyo is = 5581
Payment method used Is Bhim UPI app Bank SBI if needed I am ok to share transition id as well as bank statement.
