Text of Complaint by Amol:

I have booked hotel through OYO and hotel refused to check in

Amount for booking was taken by OYO in advance through gpay

OYO confirmed the booking status successful and shared property details
Through whats app

At reception hotel manager behaviour was too rude he said we are not dealing with OYO and not accept any bookings from OYO

Atleast action for this fraudulent act must be taken
