My self Sreenivasu Mamidi, booked room with booking ID of IGX52194 I paid the amount online , received the confirmation message through WhatsApp ….but the hotel manager denied that I spoke to customer care people of Oyo, they suggested book a new room through Oyo app, at the time of checkout we initiate the 1st booking full amount refund. I did the same, again I booked a room with booking ID of WTLC3293, I paid the amount through online, again denied the hotel manager to provide room and saying your room was got cancelled, again Ispoke to customer care support of Oyo they said book another room then only you got the refund of previous , this time they suggested call to customer care and book the hotel through them , i did the same, they send link and I paid the amount and the booking ID was LIFS1799, confirmation got through WhatsApp. This time also the hotel manager refused to give the room and said your room was showing cancelled, even though the customer care people talked to them. Despite repeated bookings I denied the room, they advised me to book a fourth time then only you get the refund of previous bookings. I didn’t cancel any bookings of details mentioned in the above bookings . Till now I got only 2 nd booking refund, 1st booking (IGX52194)and 3 rd booking ( LIFS1799)refund I didn’t get, multiple complaints raised to customer support team, but they are not responding, not even think to solve the problem and Oyo team refused to refund. This is the big fraud going on by Oyo, even though I got the confirmation . This type of fraud going and looting money ….take up the case and trying to refund my my money
