Text of Complaint by Sarah:

Made a booking through booking.com for an OYO hotel. Arrived at hotel and they said they have no contract with OYO or booking.com. we were luckily able to get a room still however at a higher price. Booking.com have stated they will refund the difference. However both myself and the hotel are unable to contact OYO in regards to them still being listed and having no contract. Massive issue
