So after trying for many times, my complaint was written but I still did not get the room, I informed the customer support about all this, the total amount from me had already gone to 2000 thousand, even after that I did not get the room, just after 1 o’clock Nearby I saw in the application that it was showing my checkin and checkout, all this was done by the hotel property, after this I again informed the customer support about all this, the hotel manager was called, but the hotel did not call. It seemed as if there was no customer support. So how will the customer get support, after all this, after many hours on the road with a lot of luggage, I had to face trouble, so now I am going to file the Customer Act 2019 in this matter. Such a huge fraud was done to me, in which I did not get any kind of support. I was assured by oyo that full help will be given and all your refund will be done in your main account 2000, but I want to take strict action. So that this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future
