Text of Complaint by Ankita:

Hi, I had booked a hotel room from 16th to 18th and paid the booking amount online but when I went ahead to check-in ,turned out the hotel isn’t functional and the personnel over there asked me to pay and go to their another branch very far from the one I booked. Since then, I have tried many times to contact the customer care,written mails and chat bot but only to be kept on hold for hours.

And then I received a mail saying “I didn’t show up” with I mention that my booking amount would be charged as cancellation amount. I still haven’t received any refund or compensation for all this trouble

Oyo’s quality have downgraded alarmingly and it’s irritating that I had to book a hotel at middle of the night after hours of not getting any resolution from Oyo and had to pay a hefty amount just to get another hotel at that point of time.

And, to add upon, this isn’t the 1st time, this kind of mismanagement have happened with Oyo.
