Me and my husband booked a room in oyo on friday 7/7/23 but hotel receptionist firstly denied and then ask for additional charge and then after conversation with oyo customer care center and procedure by them we try to book another room but hotel staff delibrately put hotel on sold out and then we booked another hotel but it was nowhere on location. we had online paid and it is not reunded yet.
