Text of Complaint by Arjun Nandy:

Oyo has done a big fraud of confirming the booking on full payment of INR 7083, but while checking in The Hotel manager demanded double the payment. On repeated calls to Oyo support they could only settle for INR 4000. The Manager charged 2800 extra from us. On asking the manager to provide a bill for this extra charge of 2800 INR which we paid to claim back from Oyo, the Hotel manager mentioned that he would not be able to do that as it would be a loss and if I force him for the receipt he would ask us to cancel the booking and transfer to a different hotel which is simply ridiculous. We had booked the hotel since we liked the Hotel and Oyo had fixed the price and it looked like the customer had to take the entire blame for this booking and pay an extra amount of INR 2800. Going forward I would never recommend anyone to book Hotels through OYO because you guys are just cheating clients by luring them with less prices and not informing the Hotel about this price once the booking is confirmed.
