Respected sir /mam,
I would like to inform you that the Oyo hotels in Delhi are not giving satisfactory service. I want your attention on my issue. I booked Oyo hotel on 22 may 2023, in which two guest and one room and I talked to helpline number they said that you have to pay only rs 387. But when I reach the hotel they said that you have pending amount of rs800. And your booking is showing that you book only one room for one guest. This was totally unfair. I showed them email which was generated by your Oyo system, but they didn’t entertain my request. The room facilities are not upto the mark as per the standard they showed in the images in Oyo app.
I requested to Oyo team please take this matter seriously, other wise India loose the mass opportunity in tourism sector. In the end I want my extra amount which I paid to Oyo hotel.
I attached following documents which is required for my booking nd had a proof of payment.
