the harassment and torture I am facing from Vodafone side.
The redx plan was activated on my number without my knowledge when I got the message I immediately canceled and spoke to customer service and requested that there has been this plan activated and I have deactivated it and requested not to charge and provide exception for which there was no proper response june t I got a message that I have to pay around 1088rs n next day I got messages i have to pay 5011 rs. From then I am requesting them to waive of the redx charges and provide bill so that I can pay but they are sending legal notice and torturing me.
am requesting please reduce redx plan charge in the bill and provide updated amount to be paid. People are running away with crores of rupees all I am asking is for an exception.
