respected Person,this email is written to bring attention toward the case that happened to one of your prestige customers. one of the agents named “VISHAL- contact no 8962107307” from your company came to set up the broadband connection on the date july 24th 2020 at my place. as the plan has already been decided but due to any reason the agent could arrive by the evening. After all the registration process and the amount deductions he assured to set up the broadband by the 12 noon of the next morning. i.e. on 25th july 2020. but no one appeared till 5 in the evening and I constantly called the agent and he always gave me false intimation about arrival of the technicians in half an hour etc. but later on after so much insisting the person provided me the number of technician and the technician told me that , the area where I am living no new connection can be set up due to unavailability of the space. But from the morning of july 26th 2020, the person has blocked my number and is not picking the phone intentionally. It is like a mental harassment as since i have already submitted the advance and i didnt get any connection along with the person is not picking my call. Even another person has blocked my number. Since I have applied for the connection due to my work culture that also got affected and I had to answer to my boss as well for delay in the work submission.
I have opted for your service as your company has made a good rapport among the customer but this kind of unprofessional behaviour is risky for your company as well.So Kindly look into that matter asap and I want my money back along with a strict action against the person due to which I had to suffer that much.
