I made two different orders from my swiggy app on 29/11/2023. 1st order got almost 2hrs to be delivered. The delivery partner didn’t even picked my call. And I waited for hours for my food in rain. 2nd order was picked up on Time. The delivery person instead of delivery the food he insisted his friend to deliver the food.i didn’t even know about this waiting for 2hrs after calling him I got to know about this. They really didn’t care about customers and looting via online. This incident caused me mental and psychological agony in me. And avoid of loss was more than ₹2000. Consumers should get the right compensation. Thank you.
