Text of Complaint by Vishvajeet Kumar:

I ordered a “Fitbit Blaze Smart Fitness Watch Black – Small” with Order No. : 7557724204 worth Rs. 18,999. The expected delivery date was 11th March but I received the courier on 12th March at around 2 PM. After the delivery when I checked the product I found a broken headphone inside the courier instead of “Fitbit Blaze Smart Fitness Watch Black – Small”. I requested for return of the product but the Paytm team rejected the request without even knowing the reason for return. On talking to the Customer care several times they started the investigation, but on 18th March they dropped me a message saying, “Hi Vishvajeet, we investigated this from all ends, and regret to inform you that we will not be able to initiate refund to you. Our findings indicate that the courier partner delivered the product correctly to you.” and they are now not even providing any details of what was the investigation done and how they came up with this resolution. Also they are saying now we can’t do anything.
So now I neither hot the correct product delivered to me and nor the refund of the wrong product. I am loosing my Rs. 18999 and Paytm is saying that we can’t do anything. I have provided them all possible proofs that they asked for, still they are not able to resolve this.

Please help.
