There was few missed call from flip kart, since I was in meeting and phone is not allowed during meeting called back in half an hour but the order status was in cancelled, raised lot of complaint in application, but refund was processed, talked to customer care, to one hindi agent he too dropped the call stating that I provided the otp, I can’t understand when I did not speak to agent and not provided him OTP, I wonder how they work, plan to visit their off or raise a complaint, got the call recording also,
