Dear Officer, A pay day loan app fromD Pal Leasing & Finance Co. Ltd.
They are troubling me with repeated calls and messages, along with threats to contact people from my phone contacts, are unacceptable and amount to harassment. This is a violation of my privacy and is considered a cyber crime.
If this behavior continues, I will file a formal complaint with the cyber crime
