The below order was place on Snitch on Jul 1st and was cancelled on 16th Jul after requesting for delivery status. The order was cancelled without confirming with me and no update on refund. I contacted support for refund and every time I talk to some one, or call some one they ask for 24-48 hours time and I have repeat the same thing again to the next customer support. Really harrassing users. Imaging holding to customers money for 20 + days without even giving the product , how much money these guys can make, if it sits in their account in terms of value and interest added. All genuine startup’s become greedy and no justice provided to users
