Respected sir/mam,
I made an order through Zomato from Fasoos .
My order id is 1505090801.
My rider denied to deliver the order cause it was too late and he asked me to cancel the order and state that driver denied duty.
I did it. But I didn’t get to say why.
Please note I wanted my food but because the driver was not available I had to cancel.
Please initiate a refund for the order.
