i have placed an order on paytm for moto g6 plus for 22749 inr and it was successfully placed as seen after the transaction page on my mobie phone in paytm app. now when i tried to see the orders in the my order list it shows no transactions. and when i called the customer care , which is a tough task to go through, i was replied by an automated voice that i have not placed any order. i want to sue you right now.
i have let you go on a previous occasion when i got a broken product (phillip selectric kettle) check in the transaction history. they false advertise that they are available 24 x 7. there is no way you can talk to them since they have made the automated voice inaudible to follow and press the right buttons. their kyc verification process is also the worst there is
