I had ordered a watch from meesho on 1st December 2023. As per meesho it was delivered on 3rd December but, I didn’t receive it yet. On 3rd December I was at my exam(CLAT) and my phone was switched off from 1pm to 4:15pm. I didn’t receive any OTP or any call and still my order was delivered at 3:39pm on 3rd December 2023. I’ve tried to contact to meesho support but they refused to take any action and they just say we can’t do anything. Now I’m worried that what do I do. Please look into this and help me.
